Happy Friday

Take advantage of the weekend and this nice warm weather and go for a bike ride. Exercise is the single most reliable element in my nutrition plan. It aids mental and emotional well being as well as keeping weight and glucose maintained. Besides bike riding is fun! I love the wind in my face and the feeling of locomotion. Whether your biking to get somewhere or just for the pleasure of it, "it's better on a bike."
